The log if accumulated total... field is used to total and limit the number of opportunity hours that can be recorded in a bucket.
Log only if accumulated total... is used as an incentive system to encourage employees to take the shorter working opportunities until they reach x amount of opportunity hours.
For example, an organization records hours when 12 hours have been reached. If Employee 1 accepts 14 hours of work he immediately moves down the list. Next in line, Employee 2 accepts 2 hours of work and remains at the top of the list until he accepts an opportunity that gives him a total of 12 or more hours of work.
