The Log only if hours... field is used to control the number of hours recorded in a bucket.
Log only if hours... is used as an incentive system to encourage employees to take the shorter working opportunities without immediately moving them down the opportunity list.
For example, an organization does not record hours less than or equal to 8. If Employee 1 accepts 10 hours of work he moves down the list. Next in line, Employee 2 accepts 4hours of work and remains at the top of the list until he accepts an opportunity equal to or greater than 8 hours.
