Multiple Offers in the Contact Manager allows multiple messages to be sent with one call.
In order to hear all offers when called, the person must select the Skip phone option on each offer. Accepting or declining any offer will negate all other offers from this individual call. Once the recipient hears all messages, the option to listen to old messages becomes available and they may go back and select the appropriate offer.
Choices are:
YES or NO. If YES then, after using the rules to establish candidates for the target vacancies (target based on auto hire mode: List, Priority, Stacked) do the following:
YES - use Rules: Use the rules to find other vacancies (non-target vacancies outside of the current auto-hire mode) that are also offered to candidates identified in the target vacancies; combine and deliver all vacancies for a given person on a single phone call to that person.
YES - same Unit: For each candidate identified in a target vacancy, automatically offer them any other vacancies in the same Unit (same physical Unit + same job title + same specialties + same time frame + same date + same shift).
YES - same Station: For each candidate identified in a target vacancy, automatically offer them any other vacancies in the same Station (i.e. same Station + same job title + same specialties + same time frame + same date + same shift).
