You must have user rights to access the System Status area.
The System Status area displays informational data in the queue for the Contact Log, Line Manager, Task Manager, Workflows, Work Codes, and Dimensions integration activity. This area is generally used by System Administrators such as IT personnel to troubleshoot current activity for the corresponding component.
To access the System Status area:
Contact/Line: Used to view Contact Manager (CM) and Line Manager (LM) incidents. Check, Show All Columns to show additional information pertaining to the CM and LM.
Jobs: Used to troubleshoot Task Manager jobs. To manually run a Task Manager job, select the desired job and click Run Now
Workflows: Used to view and manage all actively running workflow business processes. Work Code Workflows must first be enabled to view this tab.
Workcodes: Used to preload and manage detached work code requests. Work Code Workflows must first be enabled to view this tab.
Failures: Used to view work code pending approval failure errors and allows authorized users to reset the work code status to a pending approval state. Available as of application version 7.1.2.
Events: Used to audit Dimensions schedule integration results as well as status changes per event, and failed actions can be resubmitted. Requires a Dimensions product integration license to view this tab.
