Schedule Integration USE CASE 2B, and Schedule Export to Workforce
Dimensions.
Use the Schedule Export to Workforce Dimensions task
type to export batch event activity to Dimensions
to synchronize event activity outside the active window.
Go to: System > Task Manager
Click Add
In Name, label your job. Use the description area
to enter additional information if needed.
Leave remaining and default settings as is.
Click the Task tab to create a task.
In Name, label your task. Leave as is to
start recommended.
In Task Type, select Schedule Export to Workforce
Dimensions.
In From Date and Through Date use Dynamic
Dates to target a date range. Some examples below:
The FROM and THROUGH date parameter for the Schedule Export
to Workforce Dimensions task must be the same or within
the Active Time Window (ATW) boundary. This means if the ATW Through
is: TODAY+1 DAY the THROUGH date in the task cannot be TODAY+2DAYS. Default
From value is 0 days. Default Through values is +2days.
Note:
For
the initial schedule import the From and Through values must equal
the values in the active time window.
Click Save.
