The Threshold Calendar is used to manage the
number of leave exception work codes employees are allowed to take
on any given day using a monthly view. This feature is typically
used when daily exception counts are volatile, and allows schedulers
to set and modify exception limits as needed.
Authorized users can manage and override the default threshold
count fields as needed. The Threshold Calendar contains the following
settings:
- Calendar Date: Sets the month in view.
- Edit: Modifies single or multi-edit threshold values.
- Clone: Copies threshold values.
- Lock: Overrides the threshold value presets for the
purpose of stopping leave requests immediately. Unlocking will resume
leave requests. This means if ten leave requests are allowed, and
six people have taken leave for the day only four more can take
time off.
- Remove: Reverts leave threshold values to their initial
value.
