Select an existing Dynamic Issue to edit or click Add to
create a new Dynamic Issue.
In Name, assign the Dynamic Issue a generic or
business-rule derived name because it may be used with multiple
work codes. When end-users attempt to use a work code and the work code
request is denied, they will see the name of the Dynamic Issue.
Therefore it is very important the name be clearly understood.
Configure the Dynamic Issue. The fields enable (or disable)
depending on the Dynamic Issue Type selected.
Click Save.
Go to the applicable work code(s) and assign this new
Dynamic Issue in the Issues panel.
