My Info: Penalty

The Penalty tab captures two sets of information: penalties and probationary periods.

The default name of this tab is Penalty, but the name of this tab allows for terminology which means the name of this tab can be changed to something more meaningful to users when penalties do not apply to your organization, or when using the Probation feature this tab is often renamed to Probation.

The penalty section tracks penalty information, such as the outcome of a job opportunity extended to a person or people. How the application tracks penalty information is determined by your organization’s unique configuration. Additionally, this area also holds probationary periods. Organizations may use penalties, probations, or a combination of both to set penalty and probation policies in this application. For instance, to track the number of refusals for each person and set a probationary period, the application could be configured to capture X instances of an employee refusing a job opportunities, after a limit has been set the application can then set the employee on a probationary period where their excluded from job opportunities for a certain time period.
