Resetting a Password for Others

To reset either the Login ID password for someone else:

  1. Go to People and locate the person.
  2. Click on the person’s menu box to enable your options and select Edit.
  3. In the selected person’s information, go to: General > Login > select...
  4. Choices are:

    • Reset web password to default

    • Reset phone login password to default.

    Unique Phone Login Credentials must be turned on to show this check box.

  5. Click Save.
