specialty and this specialty for this person does not affect
shift trades, which means this person may trade with someone who

| Proficiency Level | Used to indicate a value for the selected skill
to an additional level of distinction amongst people who have the
same specialties. Also, used as a tie-breaker when qualifying people
to fill positions. This is an optional field. Format: Integer, Limit:

| Status | Used to indicate whether the skill is active or inactive. If this option is selected with no effective date defined then this skill is always active. |
