Retire Personnel

To retire personnel you must have access to the People area and permission Setup: People in your system Authority.

Important: Deactivating personnel releases and adds a staff member license back into the total headcount of allowable staff members in your database.

To retire personnel and hold a historical record of assignments and profile dates:

  1. Go to People:

  1. Locate the retired person
  2. Enter a date in each Through field located inside the person’s Assignment tab, Profiles tab, and General tab.
  3. In General, click Inactive and Save.
