- A work code shift trade request that was rejected by the Cover person.

The circle with a back-slash icon denotes...
- A work code expired before it could be approved.
- A work code shift trade expired.

Approved |
The circle with a check mark icon denotes a
work code that has been approved. This icon is only visible in the
work code’s pop-up menu options. |

Trade Pending |
The hourglass icon denotes a shift trade is
pending acknowledgment, and the work code may be configured with
an expiration date and time limit. This feature requires Trade,
and Trade Cancel activation in Workflows. |

Trade Accepted |
The square with the check mark icon denotes
a shift trade work code has been accepted by the Cover person. |

Two-way Trade |
The crossed arrows icon denotes a two-way trade.

Out of Assignment |
The yellow and black band icon denotes work
codes set outside of the person’s active assignment for the target
period. The Out of Assignment feature displays when a person’s
shift assignment changes, and that person has a non-working work
code in the future that no longer matches the period of the new
shift assignment definition. This icon appears when conflicting
work codes exist. Available as of v6.4. |
