Add Institution Shift Assignments

Access to Setup items and Institution focus must be enabled to use time zones.

Institution shift assignments are shifts accessible by the target institution and used in conjunction with institution focus. These shifts share and must have the same timezone.

To assign additional shifts to an institution:

  1. Go to Setup > Organization > Institution
  2. In Assigned Shifts, start your search by typing the name of the desired institution.

    The search criteria returns shifts that share the same timezone as the target institution or have no institution assignment.

  3. Click Save.
