Configure a Station

The level names shown in the organizational structure of this application can be renamed to reflect your organization’s current levels in Setup > General > Terminology. This topic refers to a Station, which is the fourth column starting from the first.

To open or create a new Station:

  1. Go to Setup > Organizations > Institutions > Agency > Region > Station.
  2. Choices are:
    • Select a Region and click Add Station to place this new Station in the selected Region.

    • To copy an entire Station, select the desired Station and click Clone.

  3. In Active When, enter the day this Station is active. This field applies to newly created Stations; not Stations generated during the initial creation of the database.
  4. Configure the remaining fields and check boxes provided as desired.
  5. Click Save.
