FEMA Report

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) report is used to track and export FEMA related staffing records. This report generates the following export files.

• System Seed Data - shows fixed or finalized FEMA related staffing records for the date range supplied
• Summary Data - shows the cost breakdown by resource.
• FEMA Form 009-0-123¹ - automatically populates the form and meets data requirements for reimbursement.

Best Practice: Although optional, creating FEMA regular duty and overtime codes will significantly facilitate identifying these staffing records when running the FEMA Report.
