Multiday Report

Shows who’s working and who’s not for a date range on a cross tab style report. Used to analyze and control minimum staffing levels at a glance, realign resources to control overtime costs, schedule trainings, meetings, floating or extra days and so on.

The Multiday report shows the work code abbreviations on the report. This means, if a person takes multiple exceptions to cover their shift, like half a vacation day and half a sick day, this report displays both codes.

Important
Additionally, if your Regular Duty work code does not contain an abbreviation the Multiday Report will not show that work code on the report. If this is the case and you would like to see who is on duty for the day, you must supply an abbreviation for the regular duty work code in Set up > Codes.

The Multiday report does not show signup codes, penalty (charge!) codes, or hidden codes.

Some data filter options include date range, Roster area, shift, work code, work code type, and person.
