Contact Log Report Field Descriptions

This window details any contact log information over a specified date range. This is an exhaustive list of who was contacted and why and the outcome of that contact. All four forms of contact will appear on this window: Opportunity, Notification, Message and Alarm.

Field Name	Description
Date Selection	Options are calendar dates, or dynamically calculated dates.
Institution	Limits the output to the selected institution.
Region	Limits the output to the selected region.
From	The start date of a range to return Contact Log data.
Through	The end date of a range to return Contact Log data.
Person	Limits the output to the selected people. Displays a list of active people for the target period.
Rank	Limits the output to the selected job ranks.
Shift	Limits the output to the selected shifts.
View Report	Displays the Contact Log report.
