Logging Bucket Field Descriptions

The Logging Bucket report displays logging bucket totals. To populate the columns advanced configuration of rules, logging buckets, and work codes are required. The logging report is used to view total hours per person for the selected time period. The Logging Bucket report is ordered by Person. Logging totals display depending on your configuration such as Logging Bucket Dates rule, Logging Bucket Numbers rule, and Logging Bucket behaviors, bucket from and through periods and more.

Field Name Description
Date Selection Whether to use calendar dates or dynamically calculated dates.
From The start date of a range to gather Bucket data. The report additionally supplies the Period Start for the corresponding bucket which is different than the From date of the report.
Through The end date of a range to gather Bucket data. The report additionally supplies the Period End for the corresponding bucket which is different than the Through date of the report.
Institution A list of Institution(s) as configured in Setup Institution. Select none, one, some, or all to limit the report results to the selected Institutions only.
Person All active People records are displayed in the drop-down list. Select none, one, some, or all to limit the report results to the selected People only.
Bucket A list of Bucket(s) as configured in Setup> Logging Buckets.
View Report Click Excel Report or HTML Report to view the report.
