Payback Report Field Descriptions

This report tracks payback balances (shift trades). It displays each code which is tracked followed by an alphabetical listing of people who owe for that type of code.

The Who column displays the staff member who owes the hours.
The Owes column displays the staff member to whom the hours are owed.
The Hours column displays the number of hours owed.
The Age column displays the number of days since the trade took place.

Field Name	Description
Date Selection	Options are calendar dates, or dynamically calculated dates.
From	The start date of a range to return Payback data.
Through	The end date of a range to return Payback data.
Institution	Limits the output to the selected Institution.
Person	Limits the output to the selected people. Displays a list of active people for the target period.
Physical Unit	Limits the output to the selected unit.
Position	Limits the output to the selected positions.
Rank	Limits the output to the selected job ranks.
Shift	Limits the output to the selected shifts.
Work Code	Limits the output to the selected work codes.
Work Code Type	Limits the output to the selected work code type.
