Payroll Report Field Descriptions

The Payroll report displays total work code hours per person for a payroll period. The Payroll report is ordered by Payroll ID. Under each person is a list of staffing activity for the specified date range.

For reference to see which half of a shift carries the most hours refer to the Total hours column. FLSA totals appear to the left of the Person's name. Additionally, if the person's wage is supplied, then the overtime pay is displayed as well.

Lunch is subtracted if the target Shift is configured with a break in Setup.

Field Name Description
Date Selection Options are calendar dates, or dynamically calculated dates.
From The start date of a range to return payroll data.
Through The end date of a range to return payroll data.
Payroll only Limits the output to work codes configured with a Payroll Code identifier.
FLSA Style Includes FLSA hours and costs.
Detail Displays detail codes in the output. Multiple detail codes must be separated with a comma (,).
Institution Limits the output to the selected Institution.
Region Limits the output to the selected region.
Pay Information Limits the output to the selected Pay Information.
Person Limits the output to the selected people. Displays a list of active people for the target period.
Physical Unit Limits the output to the selected unit.
Position Limits the output to the selected positions.
Rank Limits the output to the selected job ranks.
Shift Limits the output to the selected shifts.
Work Code Limits the output to the selected work codes.
Work Code Type Limits the output to the selected work code type.
