You must have Setup: Roster authority to complete
this task.
A department wants an alarm on Unit
1 if staffing drops below 4 people between the peak hours of 10
a.m. to 11 p.m. They do not need the alarm to trigger if staffing
drops before or after peak hours.
- Go to Setup > Roster > Count Strategies > Count
Groups > Counts.
- In Counts, click Add New Count
- In General > Name > enter a label for this count
- In Target > Pre-filter select Unit and Check Unit 1
- In Target > From, type 10:00:00
- In Target > For... Minutes, type 780
- In Alarm > Alarm if...Under, type 4
- In Alarm > Level, select Unit
- Attach the Count Strategy associated with this Count
to all the positions identified in the Target. In this example all
position in Unit 1 must have the same Count Strategy.
