Contact Log Field Descriptions

Field Name Description
Arrow icon (Collapse/Expand) The arrow icon collapses or expands the contact log. Click the arrow to open the person’s logs and view all of them.
  • The left arrow means there is only one contact record for this position for this person.
  • The down arrow means there are multiple contact records for this person for this position. The most recent contact record displays.
Type Displays the reason for the contact attempt, such as Fill Vacancy, Message, Notification.
For Displays the person’s name that was contacted as last name, first name.
Contact Displays the contact method used for the person, such as phone number, email, etc.
Status Displays the result of the contact. See Contact Log Outcomes topic for more information.
Listened To Displays the date and time the user listened to the notification, message, and so on.
Note:

Blank means the person hung up without accepting or rejecting the opportunity.

Description Displays the details of the position, or the message, or blueprint name.1
Date Displays the date of the vacancy.
Start Displays the start time of the vacancy.
End Displays the end time of the vacancy.
Hours Displays the total duration of the vacancy.
Shift Displays the name of the Shift associated with the vacancy.
Work Code Displays the name of the work code that will be assigned to the person if they accept the offer.
Strategy (List) Displays the name of the Strategy (List) that was used to qualify the person.
By Displays the name of the person that attempted the contact.
On Displays the date and time of the contact.
Reserved Displays the start date time of the reserve period for the person and the position selected.
Expires Displays the end date time for when the offer expires.
Initiated Displays the initial date and time for the contact selected.
