Arrow icon (Collapse/Expand) | The arrow icon collapses or expands the contact
log. Click the arrow to open the person’s logs and view all of them.

Type | Displays the reason for the contact attempt, such as Fill Vacancy, Message, Notification. |
For | Displays the person’s name that was contacted as last name, first name. |
Contact | Displays the contact method used for the person, such as phone number, email, etc. |
Status | Displays the result of the contact. See Contact Log Outcomes topic for more information. |
Listened To | Displays the date and time the user listened
to the notification, message, and so on. Note:
Blank means the person hung up without accepting or rejecting the opportunity. |
Description | Displays the details of the position, or the message, or blueprint name.1 |
Date | Displays the date of the vacancy. |
Start | Displays the start time of the vacancy. |
End | Displays the end time of the vacancy. |
Hours | Displays the total duration of the vacancy. |
Shift | Displays the name of the Shift associated with the vacancy. |
Work Code | Displays the name of the work code that will be assigned to the person if they accept the offer. |
Strategy (List) | Displays the name of the Strategy (List) that was used to qualify the person. |
By | Displays the name of the person that attempted the contact. |
On | Displays the date and time of the contact. |
Reserved | Displays the start date time of the reserve period for the person and the position selected. |
Expires | Displays the end date time for when the offer expires. |
Initiated | Displays the initial date and time for the contact selected. |
