Staffing: View Blueprints By Person

View blueprints by person on the Staffing board is available as of application version 7.4+

The View Blueprints function enables when the selected person on the People panel is allocated to a blueprint on target date range in view. To open blueprints by person on the Staffing board:

  1. Click the People icon to open the People panel.
  2. Search for and select the person on the list to open their schedule. Use the calendar or weekly hours to navigate to another date. Date selections across weeks are allowed.
  3. Locate and select the date or dates the person is allocated to work.

  4. Click the pencil icon, and select View Blueprints.

    Blueprints appear in chronological order.
