End-users can access the application via the web and workstation by using either the built-in security login policy, or by entering their domain ID and password using Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) or Active Directory (AD).
The application and LDAP/AD may be used to authenticate end-users using a defined domain to synchronize network passwords with this application.
Important: Both the user’s domain ID and this application’s Login ID must match. A change to a domain password in LDAP/AD resets this application’s password for workstations and web access only.
A separate password is required to log into this application via the telephone when using LDAP/AD. To set a phone password use the application’s password feature, the password will be similar to a pin when using LDAP/AD.
