Hide Unit and Position in Assignment

The application allows administrators to hide Unit and Position assignment details as of application version 6.6.31. When granted the Region and the Station level name are shown instead of the Unit and the Position name.

It is important to understand areas within scope before implementing this feature. Authority permissions must be configured properly and thoroughly tested so that the visibility of Units and Positions are not disclosed through a different permission granted. For example, if you grant the user the ability to View Assignment, View Roster, or Reports Self Only... to name a few then you’ve allowed the user to see the Unit and the Position through a different permission.
