Requires access to the Manage Bidding area
To manually open an Auction for bidding:
- Go to the Bidding area.
- Locate the target Auction and click the Manage link next
to the Auction.
- Go to the Auction pane, this pane shows all of the auction
items available within the selected Auction.
- Click the Auction menu box located on the top-left corner
of the Auction pane to display the Open auction option.
- Click Open auction to open the auction and allow
bidders to place bids.
- Review the confirmation screen, click Save to confirm.
The Auction is now open for bidding as defined by your
Queue or Preference type configuration. If this is the first time
the target Auction has opened and you do not see a list of bidders,
create the list of bidders.
