The Import Manager displays the Initial Import and Ongoing Import. A license to use Blueprints displays the Blueprints Import tab. The Roster Data Settings area is used by the Kronos team to support primarily Dimensions migrations. This utility facilitates the reimport of specific work codes for customers who are migrating from TeleStaff as an example to Dimensions. This area is used along with the any of the roster export task types, and the Staffing Data Settings noted in the previous table. The Data Roster Settings are used to indicate which work codes will be imported and whether to use Payroll ID or Employee ID as the person identifier.
Review the Roster Export fields topic to determine the export that contains the desired fields for export, for example the Roster 11 export contains extensive staffing record fields, such as Account, Note, Detail Code.
