Workforce Ready Accrual Import Task Type

IMPORTANT
All necessary Workforce Ready time-off categories must map to it’s equivalent work code in this application. Accrual Work Code mapping is case sensitive and located in Setup > System > Import Manager. In application version 6.8.5, and 7.1.1 the Code mapping area was enhanced and split to process imports and export logic separately. Workforce Ready Code Mapping became Accrual Import Mapping, and Work Code Export Mapping was created for exports. Moreover, the Institution property in the task was deprecated in application version 6.8.5+, and 7.1.1+. To denote an institution you must apply the institution in the Accrual Import Mapping section located in the Import Manager.

Use the Workforce Ready Accrual Import task to import personnel from Workforce Ready.

  1. Go to: System > Task Manager
  2. Click Add
  3. In Name, label your job. Use the description area to enter additional information if needed.
  4. Leave remaining and default settings as is.
  5. Click the Task tab to create a task.
  6. In Name, label your task.
  7. In Task Type, select Workforce Ready Accrual Import.
  8. In Workforce Ready Report, select the accrual report that is compatible with this application.

    The menu-box displays all Accrual category type reports from Workforce Ready.

  9. Select or clear the check box Import Nothing Upon Error.

    When selected the import will not process any records if an error exists. If unchecked, the import will process valid records only.

  10. Click Save.
  11. Optional - click the Schedules tab to create a schedule. See Task Manager Schedule Example topic for additional information.
