Configure Workforce Ready Accrual Import Mapping

Workforce Ready Integration Settings must be configured prior to setting the Workforce Ready Code Mapping section.

Use the Workforce Ready Code Mapping area to link a‘time off’ category of type accrual to a ‘work code’ accrual in this application.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: After mapping accruals, this application will read accrual data from Workforce Ready.

To configure web services between WFR and this application for the purpose of importing accrual time balances follow these steps:

Depending on application version, go to Setup > System...
- v6+: Import Manager > Ongoing > Integration Account Type> Workforce Ready > Accrual Import Mapping
- v7+: Import Manager > Integration > Integration Account Type > Workforce Ready > Accrual Import Mapping
Click Add, to map a time off category of type accrual.
In the Workforce Ready Time Off* column, type the time off category exactly as it appears in Workforce Ready. This field is case sensitive.

OPTIONAL - In the Institution column, select the institution the work code will be applied. Applicable when multiple institutions are set, and a single Workforce Ready time-off category of type accrual maps to multiple accrual work codes in this application; for example, suppose a Sick time-off category in Workforce Ready means Sick Earned New York, and Sick Earned California in this application; using the Institution field identifies which work code is applicable to the person relative to their home institution.¹
In the Work Code* column of this application, select the work code that corresponds to the WFR time-off category.
Click Save to confirm your settings.

Go to the Task Manager and set the Workforce Ready Import Accrual task to import time off categories of type accruals from Workforce Ready into this application.
