Configure Special Day Groups

The Special Day Group groups multiple Special Days together. This grouping can be used within the rule filters to target multiple special days rather than just one.

In order for a Special Day to be visible on the Calendar, include it in the Special Day Group Display on Calendar and Roster. Special Days are displayed on the calendar with an ā€˜Sā€™.

To open or create a Special Day Group:

  1. Go to Setup > General > Special Day
  2. Select an existing special day group to edit or click Add to create a new special day group.
  3. In Name, type a name for this special day group.
  4. Check the corresponding check box to place the Special Day in the Special Day Group. If a special day has not been selected here it will not appear on the Calendar.
  5. Click Save.
