| Name Formula ID | The formula ID to use for the template name.
A Formula ID of type Assignment must be defined with the desired
variables to label the assignment templates. Note:
Updates to the Formula ID does not update the name of the template once generated. |
| Assignments From | Used to filter and convert the assignments returned using the date range supplied in the From and Through fields for the selected institution. If the From field is blank, and the Through field is date restricted then all assignments on and before the Through date are converted. If both the From and Through fields are blank then all active assignments as of ‘today’ are converted for this institution. |
| Assignments Through | Used to filter and convert the assignments returned using the date range supplied in the From and Through fields for the selected institution. If the Through field is blank, and the From field is date restricted then all assignments on and after the From date are converted. If both From and Through are blank then all active assignments as of ‘today’ are converted for this institution. |
| Assign Template Start Date | The start date applied to all of the assignment converted in the same instance, and the effective date of the template. This means if the shift defined in the template starts May 1, 2019, and the Template Start Date is May 16, 2019, then the template activates on May 16, 2019 followed by the earliest shift start date that is active in the template. |
| Assign Template End Date | The end date of the template. This means if the shift defined in the template ends June 1, 2019, and the Template End Date is May 16, 2019, then the template deactivates on May 16, 2019 regardless of the assignment’s shift definition in the template. |
| Clear Assignment Dates in Template | Select to clear the date of the assignments applied to the template. If more than one assignment is converted in a single template all dates are cleared and all assignments are active relative to template start and end dates. |
