Multi-Day: Export To Excel and Print

The Multi-Day Schedule returns records for up to thirty-five days. Reformatting the sheet may be required to best fit the information returned; primarily when exceeding 2-3 weeks of data. To export the Multi-day Schedule to Excel:

  1. Go to the Multi-Day Schedule, choose the filter you want to export using the Filter menu.
  2. Click the icon that looks like a gear and click Export to Excel. Choose either:

    • Open with Microsoft Excel...to view the Multi-Day Schedule.

    • Save File to save the Multi-Day Schedule first and view later.
  3. Once in Excel you can manipulate the data as needed. For example; freeze column headers, print titles (headers and labels on every page, fit the sheet on one page, print letter or legal size, and so on.
  4. When ready save your spreadsheet, and print if desired, or PDF if desired and available.
