Multi-Day Schedule

The multi-day view is used to manage personnel schedules, exceptions, and productivity levels on a weekly grid view. To view who’s working anywhere on the calendar use the tooltip. The multi-day view provides an elevated view of who’s working, where, and for which days. The same work code Add/Edit capabilities available elsewhere in the application, are also available on the Multi-Day view. 1

The Multi-Day schedule offers various headcount totals and filter limits for schedulers to create custom views filled with specific, familiar and more substantial information to manage schedules and rebalance workloads.

Using advanced filter limits schedulers can also create user defined views by department, groups, shifts, personnel attributes, and work codes.

Headcounts by... job title, specialty, groups, and can act as with minimum hour thresholds can be set on your multi-day custom view to level personnel skills and attributes based on open job needs.

Additionally, you can transform staffing record information to show your users more meaningful information using formula IDs. See Multi Day Filter Field Description topic for a complete list of settings, and see the Multi-Day Technical Knowledge reference topic for field level information.

Total and headcount contributions include work codes of type Working and Regular Duty by default. As of application version 6.6 authorized users can change the default behavior and define which time entries of type working, regular duty, and non-working type records count. For additional information see topic, Multi-Day: Define Which Time Entry Counts.
