The settings are applicable to all institutions if more than one exists. When Institution Focus is turned on the settings are institution based which allows you to define work code counts by institution. The default behavior returns all regular duty and working type codes and excludes all nonworking work codes in the count. To redefine which codes contribute to Totals and Headcounts:
Exclude Working Work Code - the list shows working and regular duty work codes. The selected work codes will not count in Headcounts and Totals.
This setting does not remove the work code from the view, for example, suppose you choose the Overtime work code, this means an Overtime work code will not count in the Totals and Headcounts tally but will show as reference on the view.
Include Nonworking Work Code - the list shows non-working work codes. The selected work codes will count in Headcounts and Totals. For example, a Training work code may be set as a non-working code to create a vacancy for the person when used, however the person is still considered working and these hours count towards Headcounts and Totals.
