Repair Overlaps

The repair icon displays next to a work code when that record is altered after fixing or finalizing the Roster or when multiple transactions take place on a single person’s Roster record such as, a fixed regular duty work code, followed by a sick work code for the same day and time, or when adding non-working time and adding working time on the same day for the same period or a portion of the non-working time period.

To resolve a Repair icon alert either Fix, Finalize, or Repair the Roster.

The repair icon looks like a white check mark in applications prior to version 7. In application version 7 the wrench icon replaced the white check mark.

Note:

The white check mark replaces the backward check mark displayed in the legacy version of the application.
