The Roster displays the daily staffing activity for the organization. Scheduling features are also available to simplify staffing tasks.
The roster may be accessed in the main navigation bar (top center). Roster information is organized by Institution, Agency, Region, and Shift. People appear by Station, Unit, and Position.
Work exceptions such as vacation, sick, and overtime are also displayed on the roster. Some exceptions will create vacancies on the roster. These vacancies may be filled using your business staffing rules. The roster may also be customized using Roster View settings to make the roster appear more familiar, meaningful, or practical to end-users.
