About the Contact Feature

The Contact feature provides phone numbers for the selected person.

The Suggested area provides the primary contact information unless on-duty location phone numbers are configured.

When on-duty location phone numbers are available, the system determines where the selected user is presently and suggests either the on-duty phone number for that location or the off-duty phone number for that user.

To access the Contact... feature:

• From the Roster click on the Person.
• From People click on the drop-down menu box next to the Person.

Requires the security permission setting Contact: Window to be checked in the user’s system authority.
