About the People Filter

The People Filter feature is a people search engine used to save time and facilitate scheduling tasks. The people filter scans every active person in the database and asks do you meet the selected filter criteria? Returns Pass or Fail logic.

The People Filter is available on the Roster and the Calendar. This feature queries items located in the following areas of the application for the target date provided:

• Person’s Profile - use for items found on the person’s Profile tab.
• Person’s Assignment - use for items found on the person’s Assignment tab.
• Roster - use for items found on the Roster.
• Person Skills & Certifications - available as of application version 6.7. Used for specialties of type skills and certifications.
