The icon that looks like a speaker denotes an item in Setup that can be recorded such as Ranks, Work Codes, Shifts... Additionally, you must have user rights to those areas to access the recording feature. When ready, contact the application, press 3 for Inbound Options, then press 7 to reach the Recording menu options; to bypass the next list of options use the table below.
