Offer on Pick List is used by personnel to obtain a general idea of where they rank in an opportunity list.
The Picklist is accessible from the Calendar and the inbound phone option.
Select the Offer on Pick List check box for shifts that require backfilling. Clear the check box on all nonessential shifts, doing so will remove unneeded shifts from the Pick List view.
