People

The People area is a management tool where administrative tasks can be performed on staff members. The People area contains the following options for authorized users and when configured by your organization:

Customers using Dimensions must apply the proper license to each employee in the Dimensions People Editor; for example if integrating with TeleStaff indicate a TeleStaff License, if integrating with Planner then indicate a Planner License and so on. Doing so will allow Dimensions to sync personnel scheduling activity, in addition to the default profile data mapped between both applications.
